Well, the Noodle gave me a scare. Enough of one that I considered taking him to the emergency vet . I didn't, because I learned that unless it seems life threatening, it makes more sense to wait until morning .Noodle's skin turned red. It was
more than a flush. He looked pink. His coat was pinkish. And he was constantly chewing his paws. I searched my brain to see what I might have done that was different. The bath that I gave him couldn't be the cause. The bits of table food that I treated him
with are things that we both have eaten before. Then I remembered that I had given him a colored dog biscuit. i am not sure if I have ever given him a colored biscuit before, especially one colored red. He was allergic to it. We think, since the Vet
and I couldn't come up with anything else, that the red biscuit was the problem. , $ 259.00 later, included giving him a shot, picking up the 3 vials of eye drops that I ordered, and 2 packages of hypoallergenic dog biscuits, he seems to have
recovered. Poor baby.
