I was forced by my Grandsons to read something out of my comfort zone. I chose Harry Potter. Little did I know that I would become hooked with the series. To the point , that at great expense, I went to Universal Studios in Orlando, and went to
his exhibit. I loved it. I ordered butter beer and since then, I have had a taste for it. I finally went to Dr. Google and found several recipes for it. My daughter and I made it today. She got a sugar high . I guess ,like caffeine, I am not sensitive
to it, because other than really liking it, I had no reaction. It is super easy to make and goes down pretty quickly. I would advise keeping it away from children . My recipe spared no dextrose, or any other sugar derivative.I took the butterscotch
syruped whipped cream and froze it. It will be the only way that I won't just eat it straight. On second thought, it might taste good this way , too.
