Oh No.After hand grating and frying 10 lbs of potato lotkes, and having 13 people squeshed around my extended dining room table, eating lotkes, I found a container of lotkes still in the freezer. I don't know how I missed them. I'm not sorry about
finding them. We had plenty to go around, but after everyone left, and I was cleaning up, I would have loved to have a few of my lotkes as a bedtime snack. Now I can do better. I can make a whole meal of the ones I found. Applesauce and sour cream, here
