My house has a pleasant odor of fried lotkes. I am making them and freezing them for Chanukah. That is a bit of a problem , because I eat some from every batch that make. The house has that smokey smell that comes from frying quantities
of potato lotkes. Someone suggested a room deodorant, but I don't like that scent. Then, it was suggested that I use essence. I'm not so sure of that one either. i could try vinegar. I could also try not to let it bother me and just go to sleep with visions
of potato lotkes floating throughout the house. I'll just have one more and get the rest into the freezer before I have to grate more potatoes.
