A beautiful Venice sunset tonight.I marvel that I can view this phenomena when in Israel, or Washington state or here. If the weather is clear, we can all see this beautiful sunset. The same sun. Different time zones, but the
same sun. It just makes me wonder why when we all can experience such a gift ,and we all mostly appreciate seeing it, why we can be so hostile to each other. It just doesn't make sense to me. We share the same sun. And moon, as long as I am getting philosophical.
What seems to be the problem. When you are so down and out, so poor, so trampled on, seeing a sun or the moon doesn't have this romantic connotation. If I vote for better wages, freedom for my body, universal health care, better representation in Congress
, open borders,will this make things better. Probably not, but as long as my mind went in this direction ,I'll start by casting my vote to hopefully get what I believe will give us a chance to look up and see that sunset and moon glow.
