Last week when I rode my yellow bike, I came upon a slight bridge on the Legacy Trail. Going over it was a breeze. Coming back the other way, I wondered if someone had come and lifted it several degrees. I didn't remember it being
so steep. Today, I rode the same trail and the bridge was easy, both ways. This made me think that your muscles really do have a memory and if you are lucky, they remember that they use to be pretty good for you. I am going to have to make
more demands of them because I know that they can do it. I was letting them off too easy. So listen up lax, forgotten muscles, I am coming after you. i hear your pain.
