I found some old notes of mine. I had forgotten that I jotted them down in one of my recipe notebooks. It told the exact date that we moved into our Florida Condo. July 2004. 14 years here. Hard to believe. We have gone through three
dogs,Jake, Charlie Two and Cricket, we are on our second car. It's hard to tell about the cars. They are about the same, same color, same size, same make. I talked about having a moving company come to our Chicago condo and ship things that the kids wanted
to them, and another mover coming to get our spinet piano to move to our daughter in Oak Park. I had put an ad on eBay to sell our Ethan Allen hutch table. I know that I said local interests only. For some reason , a woman in New York wanted it and was willing
to pay the freight to get it. That was Ok with me. I've not used eBay since. I wonder if I am still on their radar. I hope that if I do use them , I don't need to know a password. That is long gone from my memory bank. Some of the other notations in my recipe
book are special. One is in Bob's handwriting saying how much he was enjoy our stay in Colorado along with our New York kids.That was nice to find. He mentioned celebrating his 75 th birthday. The name of my little notebook is " the worst- case scenario
survival journal" it is filled with little suggestions of what to do when harm befalls you, like: if you are caught in a high rise fire, things that are serious and things that are funny. I probably bought it when we were sight seeing and need
a notebook. Good buy.
