Rememeber the song," Little houses on the hill side"? Well, I have little boxes in the refrigerator, and they all look alike. I have gone out to eat a lot this week. And I can never finish all that I am given. So , I have a collection of little
left over boxes in the fridge. And only one is in a recyclable container. I thought that was interesting. I will be leaving for Washington in a day and these left overs will feed me for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It turns out to be very economical
to eat this way. I pay for one meal out and get to eat it twice. That is prorating at its best. Some times a problem is that I will bring the left overs home and either I forget the box in the car and it sits there over night, or I do remember
to bring the container home, but the next day, I really don't like the way the food heats up and I don't want to eat it. This time, with my travel schedule, I am determined to eat what is in the little boxes ,I don't want to come home to left overs.
