This doesn't sound very exciting , but I took Noodle for a drive around our development . I have a new harness for him that attaches to the seat belt. He will be very safe. We will both be safe. Now if I can get him to stop howling and barking
at me, I can take him on a real drive. He got a cookie when I first put him in the car. That was to show him that this was going to be fun. At the end of our 10 minute drive, I gave him another treat. In between time, he was not happy. I can't tell if
it is anxiety about not being able to see ., if it anxiety about not being able to get to me , or,if he is motion sensitive. I think that it is anxiety. As soon as he can go around the block without fussing at me, I will try driving some place. He has
a groomer appointment Monday and I do not look forward to the 12 minute drive. I don't think a cookie will be enough of a reward for a bath ,a haircut and a car ride.
