I know what dirty rice is.It's a southern dish of rice,giblets, chicken liver, etc.It's not one of my favorite dishes. Now I know what a dirty martini is. I like it better than the dirty rice. The dirty part is olive juice. What's not to like
about an olive. I had my first martini , it was a dirty one, and it was Ok , but I don't need to have another one. I have a bunch of firsts still to do. I have never tasted bourbon. If I did ,is it different from whiskey. I have had gin. That's a good hot
weather drink. Very southern. On my list of things to do, I think we forgot to put down " have a martini". I will add it to the list and mark it as done. Something else that was on my list and I am doing, is to read a book outside of my usual reading practices.
I am reading "Harry Potter" and surprisingly, I am fascinated with it. I can hardly put it down. Who knew that I would like such fantasy. Maybe this is a good time in my life for some fantasy.
