Something that really bothers me, is that the sprinklers are timed to water the grass....even if it is raining. That is such a waste of natural resources. With technology, you'd think the system would be more sensitive to the fact that it is raining.
Even Noodle knows it is raining In fact, he is so smart and so low tech, that he felt the rain on his back and turned right around to come in. You can't be more natural than that. I am always ready for a walk in the rain. I use to love to run in the
rain. The only caveat to that statement is that I liked to start out when it wasn't raining and then have it rain while I was running. I don't know why I like it, but I did. i looked like a drowned rat when I got back home ,but very invigorated. I don't think
that Noodle gets the same high when he gets wet.When I was running in a race and it was very hot ,nice people would lightly mist the runners as they came by their homes. That was good as long as they didn't get my shoes wet. But back to my original thought,
wasting water to water while it was raining. That's something to take up at the next association meeting. I'll send Noodle as my representative.
