A house without a dog, is very quiet. Noodle doesn't actually make noise. He also is a great hider. We have to search him out if we want him for anything. I clap my hands until he emerges, or until I find him , either under a bed or behind a couch.
But his presence is very obvious in our lives. It's interesting that we have only had him since July and he has become such a part of us. Being who I am, as much pain as I was in when I hurt my back, I took him for his walks. I thought that I would pass out,
but I did it. I have to confess that I did not pick up after him that last day before I called 911. I knew that I would never be able to make it home if I did. Please don't tell anyone. I think that there is a fine if you don't clean up after your pet. My
thinking was that I have picked up enough poop from unknown dogs ,that I was allowed a free pass this one time. I hope to be able to have Noodle back in a few days. He has a standing groomer appointment at the end of the week , so he has to honor it. A clean
dog is a happy dog .And I'm happier when I have a dog in the house.
