I have figured out how to not overeat at dinner. Go out for gelato at 5 o'clock. It really works. In fact, you may not even want to eat dinner. I would very much like to loss a few pounds. I read some where that stress can be an attributing factor
in weight gain. I qualify for that theory. The report goes on to say that when under stress, you make poor choices in food. I think that I make good choices in food. I just happen to like a lot of it on my plate. Ever Since I was a kid, I could eat a lot.
I Inhale spaghetti. I try not to fix it too often because of that. I eat more than Bob, I am embarrassed to say. He eats three times a day, after looking at his watch, first. Always a full breakfast. I really don't like breakfast all that much. I'd rather
start at lunch. They say that you should eat breakfast. I blame it on my Mother. She never got up to fix me breakfast, so before I left for school, I just ate what was in the fridge from last nights dinner. Cold red beans and rice, cold spaghetti. Coke. Cold
cereal was something we ate for a late night snack. It wasn't something I even thought to eat at breakfast.There isn't anything better than rice Krispies' sugar and whole fat milk. Boy, that brings back memories.
