for Bob, remembered that I was from New Orleans. She called to say that she was going for the week end and could She bring back anything special for me. How sweet and thoughtful of her. We agreed that Beignets were to fragile to bring back. They never
taste good , cold.Then today, we went to visit the Venice Tidewell Hospice to see the accommodations that Bob would have when it was my turn for respite . Tidewell has several "homes" in the Sarasota, Manatee county that has spa like homes for both end of
life patients and for caretaking of someone like Bob, so that I get a break. When we were visiting, so were 5 of the most beautiful dogs, well trained and ready to be petted and greeted. Also, a volunteer brought in a cake that she had just baked. That was
so special. It was for whoever was there . A beautiful coconut double layer cake..for no one that she knew. She just does that. So, all is not doom and gloom. There are a number of people out there who are helping to repair the world. Tukom Olam.
