I have decided that the TV news is just too bad and I will not watch it any more. I walked out of the network new when the news reader said that the "following may be graphic and upsetting".A policeman was going to shoot a man. Why would want to watch
this. I know why the police shot first. They were afraid. Everyone is afraid. When you are afraid, of anything, you lash out. You shoot .I had already been mulling over something a Mom said Sunday on "Sixty Minutes". She was referring to people who had
posted that they had the kids back as they protested the shooting of 17 people at their high school. She was sad because the adults had not been in front of the kids, not behind. She is right. How did it come to this that the kids had to show the way .It is
sad and it made me aware that I am also guilty of standing back. I don't like this feeling.
