I think I need to get a secretary for Bob.. His week is filled with visitors and phone calls from Tidewell Home Hospice. They are unbelievably attentive to him. They do so much, that each time they call or send someone to the house, I am overwhelmed
with appreciation. This week , we had a visit from our assigned nurse, just to check up on us and tell me to relax a little. We had a harpist come and play wonderful selections for us. We ended up talking about her travels and the different places she and
her family were stationed. We agreed that Morocco was a special place. She'll be back with her harp. Then we had a volunteer come for several hours while I was able to leave Bob . Truthfully, I didn't know what to do with myself. I ended up buying some yarn
and going to the grocery store . Then I went home and we had a wonderful visit with the volunteer. He lived over 40 years in N.O. How fun was this. He's coming back every week. I'll think of more things to do after I get used to having this me time.
Earlier in the day I had a phone call asking if Bob had enough meds for the week end. No one ever cared before if I had enough meds. On Sunday,a veteran is coming over with his wife and we will have a little ceremony to honor Bob for his service during the
Korean War. .Now you can understand how overwhelmed I am with all of the attention that we are getting. To Anyone applying for the position of personal secretary ,all resumes will be considered.
