Noodle now knows that we are his true family. Bob has had a number of nurses stop by for a "visit". I noticed that the first male nurse who came, had Noodle following him and standing between the nurse and Bob. Considering that Noodle has a vision problem,
I though it was just a coincidence. Then another male nurse came the next day and Noodle was very obvious about getting between the nurse and Bob. That's when I realized that Noodle was serious about protecting his family. Today we had a woman nurse and Noodle
was a little tense(he sat up instead of sleeping through company), but he didn't try to get between Bob and the nurse. The men made Noodle nervous. Since we really don't know Noodles history,this was revealing. Bob pets Noodle,and talks to him, but I am the
major caregiver. I pick him up, I cuddle him, I massage his little short legs and his hips That I think were hurt when he was hit by a vehicle. So, if he were protecting me, I could understand. But maybe he senses that Bob needs more protecting . I'm going
to let Noodle keep on protecting Bob and I'll stick to the cuddling and massaging. Noodle says it's a deal..
