I use to be embarrassed to say that I watch the Hallmark Channel . But a few friends have come forth and admitted that they watch it too. The plot is mindless,if the guy is good looking, he has the role. There is often a dog in it. The kids are too
perfect, but this is make belief so it's OK. Watching the Hallmark Channel reminds me of when I went to the Friday night movies when I was a kid. The weekly movies were mindless then, too. It was a social thing to go to the movie on Friday night. All the kids
went. Once the boys got old enough to get their license, the location shifted to the drive in movies. The fun was driving over the bumps . I think the bumps were where you were supposed to place your front tires so you could see the screen ,like sitting in
the balcony. We seldom saw the movie, but drove around going over those bumps and laughing hysterically. We were so simple. I'm surprised that we weren't thrown out. That would have been way cool, back in those simpler days. Thrown out of a drive in
movie.
