Even after living here in Venice for many years, I still have a problem adjusting to December weather. How can you get excited about Christmas when the air conditioner is still going and you plan to go to the beach on Christmas day. I
see the many ads on TV and they make me remember what weather is like at this time of year, in the midwest. We definitely did not go to the beach on Christmas day. I love the ads at Christmas time. I can see what snow is like while sitting in air conditioned
comfort. I can also see all of the tech toys that I don't understand. And all of the cars ,wrapped in ribbon ,that I am still waiting for. But I'm brought back to reality when I hear the AC kicks in.
