Did you see the moon? I thought that there was a light left on in the house. When I look at the moon, I don't see "the man in the moon ". I see continents. All of those shadows look like a map ,a reflection of what is on planet earth. Here
in Bird Bay, I see the sun rise when I walk the dog. So far, Noodle hasn't been able to walk to see one, but Cricket and I would see it every day. In fact, one of my goals with Noodle is to get him in good enough shape to make the walk to see a sun rise.
Noodle is not an athlete. He is good with the 20 minute walk that we take several times a day. He turns around at a certain point in our walk and prances home. I tell him that he looks like a blue ribbon best of show dog and , although I don't think he actually
hears the words, he reacts and he does look proud of himself. Being a late sleeper ,makes it a pretty sure thing that Noodle won't see a sun rise. But then, we also see the sun settling down from our lanai .We can't see it completely,, but the sky turns beautiful
colors and we can imagine the rest. What's that old song? "We've got the sun in the morning and the moon at night.." if I could remember the rest of it, I'd sing it for you.
