Today, all of us who attended a Memorial service for a dear lady, know what we want our service to be like. It was loving, it was personal, it was funny and really, it was not sad. This special person knew just what she wanted this afternoon to be.
How smart is that. The family did just what she wanted. We all wore bright colors, we listened to readings and personal reminiscents,we nodded in agreement, we had a few tears, and we felt her presence. We loved her more and will remember her more because
of this hour we spent as a family . That's what I want for my Memorial. Kids, take note.
