Kosher left and Vegetarian is here.I'm ready for any child's eating style. I have a cookbook for it. It's sorta like the ad that states"There's an app for that". Well,I have a cook book for that. I haven't cooked vegetarian in a few years, so it was
fun to reacquaint myself with some of my old books. I'm glad now that I saved them. Mostly my newer books are about the history of Jewish cooking. When I write an article for the local paper, I use them for reference. Now , I have a number of low carb
cookbooks. I'm interested in low carbs right now. Just like there is an outfit for every occasion, I like to have a cook book for every diet, ethnic group, season and geographic area. It makes no difference if I actually cook from them or not. I use a system
that gives a recipe a check mark. Four checks is really good. When the page is splattered with ingredients that were used.. that is the highest grade that I can give. I have a few like that, where the cook book opens to that special recipe. My daughter says
that I need intervention.
