I am heart broken. My fitness instructor is stopping his program. I can understand why. He says that he just can't support a family doing this. I was really getting into this exercise business. I even went to buy a yoga mat. They didn't have any which
should have alerted me to maybe things were not all right in fitness world. I could work out here where we have a whole building with all kinds of nice equipment . I'm sure that my assessment paid for it and I have never used it. I have the work out outfit.
I have the big ball. I have Bob's old yoga mat, which is so thin that my elbows hurt when I do any floor exercise that requires me to be on them. I'm not one to work out by myself. I like companionship. Now I have to look for another leader and another group.
Bummer. And I feel really bad for my instructor. He really liked what he does. Maybe he can find a place that lets him do this in an environment that pays more. I hope so.
