I am having a kitchen issue. A few weeks ago, I painstakingly matched top to bottoms on my storage containers. I am not a saver of sour cream containers, or containers that come with a frozen dinner. Everything I have started life with a top lid and
a bottom. Everything that didn't have a match, I put in the Good Will bag. Everything that was left went back in the pantry. So how come today, I am back to bottoms with no tops, or worse , tops with no bottoms? Are they like socks that disappear in the washing
machine.? I'm just asking. I don't expect a solution. Then , I am cooking a few dishes for Bob and his sibs to have when I go on my Grandson road trip. One dish involved canned tomatoes. When I finished, I had sauce on the stove, on the floor, on me, and it
burned my arm where it splattered, on the wall, and on a pantry that I didn't realize was in the line of the splatter. I have been cooking for a long time and this was a first for me. I don't know where I went astray and made such a mess. The dish was really
good, so I guess it was worth the extra clean up that I had to do. I'll know for sure after the sibs eat it. But about those containers..........
