I don't know why I am so happy and so relaxed. I am reunioning with my old running friends. People who knew me from before I was who I am now. They knew me before I reinvented me. I knew them through their marriages, pregnancies,careers, changes of
careers, health issues. Now we come together to share what has happened to us over the last 16 years. Chemo,children becoming parents. Children becoming adults, retirement, planning for retirement,health issues, loss of parents. These are things that bond
us, even if we haven't spoken, written or met for 16 years. I am just so happy to be with these ladies. I love them more today then I could have 16 years ago. I feel like singing,"we are family". I think I will.Sing, I mean.
