my recipe bible.I can't believe it. I couldn't find a recipe in it.My copy is very old.Probably as old as I am. Didn't they have zucchini back then? I found many,many recipes on line, including as many pictures of zucchini bread as you can image. More than
you can imagine. I chose a recipe, cleaned out some chocolate chips and random nuts and I now have zucchini bread. I thought about throwing a carrot in the batter because I also have a lot of carrots, but I wasn't brave enough. Maybe another time.
