I'm enrolled in a Senior(hate this word) Boot Camp. I like the Boot Camp part. I think the slogan is "Fitness For Life". So far, I have learned that I am having a problem balancing on my right side. I almost topple over on my right side. On the left,
I am fine. I have to figure this one out. Why would this be.Am I right handed but left sided. Confusing. In the mean time, I have to practice standing like the statue of Liberty on my right leg. I would not be happy if I were the only senior who falls over
on her right side. I did only five seconds on my right side, but 60 seconds on my left. I am a very uneven person,it seems. But, and this is big.. I can out plank anyone in class. That's the exercise where you are on your elbows and fore arm and your toes
and your core does all of the supporting. I'm a core winner.
