With all of our rain, we are seeing some interesting wild life right outside of our sliders. Being on the seventh hole of a small golf course brings some interesting creatures into view. At this time on a Sunday morning, I would often see this creepy
looking guy in green, too short shorts, high white socks, playing frisbee golf with his buddies. You can't miss him. No Guy wears those kind of shorts any more. Very not cool. But today with all of the heavy rain, our section of the course is looking like
a small pond. That brings out tree frogs.. there is one that got in the house and I can not catch him. He is bouncing into the plate glass window and I don't want to hurt him or cause more stress to him. He may take up residency, unless he figures out that
I am trying to help him out. Then we can see two birds that I thought were storks. But they can't be. large, white, stiff legging through our new pond eating grubs, I guess. And the egrets. I counted ,there were over 30 of them. When they fly off to another
location, it is a flurry of white. Really impressive. A small bunny keeps walking in front of our slider. I think she is looking for Noodle. She's come right up to the glass and looked in. Wake up, Noodle, and protect us.
