For some R&R, Bob and I went to McDonald's for breakfast the other day. They make a really good pancake. When we did road trips,, especially with our Grandsons, we always had breakfast at McDonald's. Even our dogs of the time ,liked the breakfasts
at McDonald's. Our nearest McD's is very near our subdivision on US41. For some reason, the AC there is on Frigid. I haven't figured that out yet. The clientele is what I find so interesting. The morning that we went, there were two homeless people drinking
coffee.You can recognize them here in Venice by two things. The bikes parked outside and the backpacks that they were wearing. At a booth right behind the one we sat in, was my retired ophthalmologist.. He and a friend were discussing a scientific paper. I
know, because I interrupted them to say Hi. There was a little girl in her cute pj's , along with her dad, who came in to say Good morning to her Mom who was working behind the counter.I made a friend while I was standing in line to order. A worker man in
front of me, had put his hand in his pocket to get his money and he didn't realize that he then dropped some bills out of the pocket. I pointed it out to him and he was very appreciative. He even came by after he ate to thank me again. All in all, it was a
good morning.
