ON THE BACK BURNER

Our last house guest was looking through a book that our daughter gave me a couple of years ago. It is a book about decluttering. I emptied my closet, like it was strongly suggested. I only kept what I used. Sorta. I had to keep a few special items, even if the opportunity to wear them hasn't happened, (yet). I cleared out books. I tried to organize the photo's, but I failed that chapter. But I really messed up on the "T" shirts. I just couldn't roll them and set them upright in my drawer. They were supposed to take up less room. My rolling was not good. Standing upright did not work. Now my "T's" are happily on their backs, in a messy stack. Slightly messy, but happy never the less. But that is not what I wanted to talk about. It is my iPad. I have decluttered my iPad. I unsubscribed to agencies and companies that I am not interested in. I don't need daily reminders of sales and gossip. I never took the time to read most of it and the stuff I did read was often not factual. So I suggested to my iPad that I don't want to see these messages anymore. I hope this works and leaves only room for my friends. I want to keep them. They do not clutter my life, they only makes it better.
