Passover is over. But I have a problem. I still have three unopened boxes of Matzoh. I have just put my second batch of matzoh brickle in the freezer to chill. This is dangerous because I keep snitching a piece here, a piece there. I'm crafty. I don't
open the entire container. I just pop open a small enough opening to take out a piece of this chocolate, walnut, buttery treat. No one really can tell I snitched any. That is until you open the whole container and one whole side is empty of treats. But since
I am the only one who actually goes into the freezer, I'm not admitting to anything. After awhile, even chocolate begins to fade as a treat. Two more boxes to go. My son suggested that I make matzoh brei. Now that's an idea. I have a lot of eggs ,too.
