It is true that I look for signs. The signs that I see , never produce a winning lottery ticket,or a surprise of a rich relative just waiting to give me money. But I check for rainbows and now butterflies. And I am adding a new sighting to my signs.
A cardinal that has been hanging around. That bird has taken residency ,either on the roof, on my neighbors side mirror of their car and now ,on the handlebars of a bike that is parked under our carport. That silly bird talks to me every morning when I take
Cricket out and again around four o'clock when I take Cricket out for her afternoon walk about. It is not a random encounter. That male cardinal is there every time. I think he knows us. He doesn't even fly away when we pass very near to him. Is he trying
to tell me something. I like to think it is good news that he is telling me. I'm listening birdie.
