I am a little concerned about our property values here in our nice, quiet old subdivision. The cars of the snow birds use to be mini vans, Civic Honda's, a Hyundai or two. Now , this is what is concerning to me..the cars in some of the carports are
BMW's,Escalades, and a few Jag's. What does this mean to my property value. I do know that the units are increasing in price and those of us in older units are updating , just to keep up. I guess this is a good thing. The people here are still friendly, they
still stop to pet Cricket, they still offer to help me bring the groceries into the house, so I guess this upgrade is a good thing. But now I feel as if I have to keep up. I think I will start by cleaning the windshield on my 2006 second hand mini van. This
should help me be part of the up grade of our community.
