Cricket did a very doggie thing last night. Before this, she never, never did anything like this. She put her paws on the top of the coffee table and ate something on the table. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. She was eating some liver pate that
I had served as an appetizer. I guess if you are going to go for a scolding, liver is the way to go. Her little tongue was busy licking that dish . She was focused. When I scolded her, she just sat and listened to me with an expression that said,"go ahead,
I'm guilty, but it was worth it." I won't tell her that it was my fault for leaving temptation in her path. I am glad that we both make it through the night without an emergency outing.
