I have a new , very smart coffee machine. I hope that I made the right decision to get it and retire our simple Mr. Coffee ,four cup pot. This new monster takes up considerable counter space, It does look very high tech and impressive , though. It does
everything that we need. Holds the water, stores the beans, grinds the beans after I program how many cups of coffee I want. Do I want a 6 oz. cup of coffee or a carafe of coffee? I have to tell it. Do I want it from a pre ground coffee to a number 8 strong
coffee. And ,I get a coaching on a reminder to take the filter out and empty the grounds. How smart is that. That's a lot to do at 5:30AM, so I told it all this the night before. It accepted my requests. It's not bad coffee, for a beginner. I had to get my
step stool because I am too short to see the top of the machine to program it. That was just for the first time. I think I can do it now from the floor. Now I have children taller than me, Grandchildren taller than me and a coffee machine taller than me. It's
a little intimidating.
