It's a mean thing to do, but some of us here in Florida like to taunt our friends who still live up North . We make a special point to say how nice our weather is, how blue the sky is, how warm the pool is, how we are playing golf on Christmas day.
This is so mean. We should be more understanding. I do know that our quality of life does seem to be better for our health down here. No slipping on the ice, no staying indoors because it is frigid outdoors. No putting a sweater on the dog and booties for
their pads because of the salt on the sidewalk. Oranges off of our orange tree , fresh strawberries from Plant City, these are the things that make it so special down here. And of course, the people who have already figured this all out. They are here and
we have become family.
