What a great day I had today. I spent it with like minded women at a Retreat. How about 40 plus women spending over 9 hours with each other and we all came away still friends, if not friends, than closer acquaintances. Some we got to know better, some
we had already known. We stretched, were mindful,yoga'd, ate, talked,laughed, walked,impressed with thoughtfulness in discussions,shared and just felt comfortable in our selves. How lucky I was to have this experience just hours before I leave on a long flight.
