We took Cricket to visit her host family. I am a little concerned about what happened. She seemed really excited to visit them. To make me feel even more apprehensive, she walked into their house like she owned it already. To make it even more hurtful,
she jumped on her hosts lap and started licking his face. Now I am really scared. She may not want to leave them. I will have to bribe her to pull her away from them. To cap it all off, they are expecting a visit from a Grandchild who will love Cricket. That's
the clincher. I am checking to see if I can cancel my trip. Or maybe I will have the host family sign a letter of intent.. intent not to keep Cricket. Before I pick her up when we return, I will stop at Publix and buy her some red meat. I hope that's enough.
