I am challenging myself to knit something that is completely out of my comfort zone. It started out because I admired another knitters shawl. It involved an internet purchase of yarn , whose colors are not my pallet. Then I watched a YouTube video of
the how to do the different stitches. Many times. Then I started the shawl and decided that I didn't like the yarn . That involved a trip to a local yarn shop where I spent way too much money ,but got crazy, wild colors for the shawl.The shawl is beginning
to drive me nuts. Home again with my yarn, which has names like Vavavoom Red and Carrot,and more starting and ripping. Back to the how to video,where I finally just ripped and went to bed. Today is another day and I will start in a few minutes to begin over
again. Now I Am really getting mad. I am up for the challenge. I hope this yarn is.
