My iPad has a few features that I really don't need. One that I really don't like and I can't seem to disengage , is a feature that if I type in a few letters, it thinks it knows what word I want and finishes the word for me. I am some times careless
and I don't go back and proof what I wrote. That's when I get into trouble. One of two things has to happen. I either have to find out how to turn off this feature ,or I have to smarten up and proof my emails. Proofing will be easier. I've gone into my settings,
but so far nothing has worked. I do like the feature that checks for spelling. My spelling has improved, but it's not there yet. My desk computer gives me choices of words when I misspell a word. I like that. My iPad thinks it knows everything and only gives
me it's choice. I wonder if Steve Jobs had anything to do with that.
