I would like to shout out a "You all are really terrific" to the VA Clinic in Sarasota, Florida. Things may be mishandled in other facilities, and I am sure that many deserving veterans are getting poor service, but for those in my area, the care and
professionalism is exemplary . After 60 years of not taking advantage of the services made available to Bob, I signed him up to mostly, be eligible for a hearing aid . What came with that service is a full lab work up, a 30 minute session with a nurse who
took a history and told us what was available. Then a 30 minute visit with the Doctor who took a another full history of meds and what we could have done at this clinic. We were given her card to call whenever we had a problem. I was blown away by the attention.
I don't know if the administrator here is many notches above the bad things that you hear , but for the veterans in this area, you all are very lucky. I wanted everyone to know this.
