ON THE BACK BURNER

I need someone to tell me what a "millennium" means. I figured out "the Me generation". My Mother was one, although she was years older than the rest of the "Me's". She fit right in. Then there was the Generation X. Who were they? I know that my kids have us as a sandwich. Us in the middle with their kids on one side and they, the parents on the other side. Baby Boomers. I think my kids are they. Or they are them. I also know that one of my kids gets the AARP magazine, so she must be in the right age bracket. Funny , like Ha ha funny, that both of us can be in the same retirement group. In defense of Bob, He does still subscribe to "Rolling Stone" magazine. I keep meaning to tell the publishers that. I keep asking him if he wants me to cancel, but he doesn't. It's humorous that he reads all of the articles, including the ones of the musical artist. He has no idea what their music sounds like or any of their history. He doesn't care. He did go to a Rolling Stone concert, once.I may have told that story before. He and a buddy drove up in a taxi ,in their business suits. Pretty funny. He loved it. So if you can explain who 'Millenniums" are, I'll be waiting.
