While I was walking Cricket, I had this thought. If you have no medical or psychological reasons, if you don't read for a long time, do you forget how to read. They say that you don't forget how to ride a bike. If you think about it, you haven't forgotten
how to ride, you just probably can't because of balance, vision, etc. I know that I can't roller skate any more. I know what to do, but I can't do it. Is it that way if you have only looked at TV or played computer games for years and not actually read a printed
word. It's a scary thought.I am just curious if this could happen. I feel a little better about thinking about loosing the skill of reading when I remember that books are still being published and bought. I visit our library and people are still there taking
out books. But what about that person who never reads. What does he do. Did he completely forget and have to have a translator, like it is a foreign language. This was my thought of the day while out with Cricket. If she walked longer , I'd have time to question
more things. Like how do those gecko 's get into my condo.
