My Grandson asked me if I was enjoying the Olympics and I will write him later and tell him, not so much. We have such great memories of watching them together , but this time around,maybe that is what is missing. You need to watch with someone special,
like a Grandson. I am trying to analyze why I am not so "into" the Olympics this year. I come to this conclusion. I missed the opening ceremony. I didn't see the torch come into the arena. I didn't see that tug when the athletes come out with their flags.
Then I missed the second day because I was busy and we were out for dinner. So I didn't see the one Gold that I heard that we got. Today, I am going to sit in front of our little TV and watch all day. I hope that this brings back the excitement of competition
, the drama of the events. I really want to get the emotion back of watching the competitors fulfill their Olympic Dream .I think I'm getting the fever back.!
