It is said that a computer is only as smart as the person inputting. .My computer flunked because of me.I need to apologize to it. A simple thing. I Kept doing the same thing over and over again. I wanted to print my boarding pass. Simple. I had all
of the information. I kept getting rejected with a"check your information again and call our 800 number,etc,etc," I did and redid. After thinking that I was now not going to be able to board the plane, I looked again. I was inputting my return information.
Dumb me. So simple, but not getting me to my boarding pass. As soon as I put in the correct information,my boarding pass was able to be printed. It is true that the computer is only as good as the person putting in the information.I gotta get smarter.
