now we have a number of green oranges. It's me against whatever rodent eats a nibble of the fruit, decides it's not ready and drops it on the ground. We are partial to California Navels. Their season is mostly over , and the Florida Navels are not ready. I
know that people have strange rituals and ours is that every night we share a Navel orange, cut into eights. We each get 4 little pieces . It's our bedtime snack. I guess this is better than eating a brownie before bed. The caffeine in the brownie keeps me
up. An orange never does.
