This was easy. I have scratched three destinations off of my travel list. This will make it easier to know where I want to transfer when I go to Israel. I am assuming that I won't find a cheap flight that is non stop. I now won't go through Turkey,
I am suspicious of Russia and I never wanted to go to Calcutta. The Amsterdam airport is still my favorite destination airport. I wouldn't mind a long layover. Another choice is Paris. I'm not keen on anything French, other then it's food, especially their
bread. By my very unofficial count, there are almost as many French in Israel as Russian's. You can spot a French woman, easily. They just wear clothes so well. And shoes. European shoes are classy. They seem lighter, softer, like someone loved them. The French
that I met the short visit that I had last year, left France in a hurry, but with their money. They did not leave with matzoh drying on their backs. They are the luckiest ones. I think that I have decided. It's between JFK and Amsterdam. I chose Amsterdam.
