Every morning I have a routine. Some of my mornings begin at 4am-ish and some at 6am-ish. When I sleep until 6 , I feel as if I overslept and will be late for retirement. What ever appointments that I have ,don't care if I sleep until six. I only care.
I don't know why I get up so early, except I like to and once my eyes are adjusted to the dark bedroom,I bolt from bed. Until my Mother went to work when I was in High School,She walked around in a house coat until afternoon. I could never understand that.
You get up, you get dressed. And what a funny word, house coat. Do they even make those kind of dresses anymore. The one piece dress with snap buttons down the front. I will have to poll people that I know about that. And do men have masculine house coats.
I would hate to have a mental picture of a man sitting around in a flowered house coat drinking a cup of coffee. Bob has a great LLBean bathrobe. It's plaid and well worn. I guess a man could get away with that.But back to getting up early. It works for me
because then I can think about dumb things like house coats and still have time to spare.
