I haven't had a really great cup of coffee since I took over making coffee.I follow Bob's instructions, even the little tap, tap of the measure against the side of the container of ground coffee. But it just doesn't taste as good as Bob's did. I don't
know what it is that made his coffee, that first cup in the morning, better then the one I make. He sorta forgot how to make it, so I took over the job.Maybe that is the why it doesn't taste as good to me. One more reminder that things aren't the way they
use to be. Who knew that it would be little things like that first cup of coffee that start your day with reminders of how things use to be . It's not true that anyone can make a good cup of coffee. I do exactly what he did. Everything. But it is not the same.
Oh well. It is what it is. Who said that ?
