I have two batik prints from the same artist. I learned that a third piece with the same theme was available for purchase. Since these were prints, I could afford to do it. Then I went on my favorite site, Google,to see if the artist might be famous
. I can't tell if the artist is, but at least the artist got a blurb on Google. Then since one thought leads to another, I decide to look up Bob's uncle Bob, Robert Cronbach. We have a small collection of his pieces that we love. He really is famous ! I never
looked him up before. When our Youngest Grandchild was much younger and came to visit, I put Uncle Bob where he wouldn't be accidentally harmed. When we first moved to this villa(that's what they call this place in Florida. That's a glorified name for a small
place on a golf course) I hung one of Uncle Bob"s pieces on the wall. Then I became concerned that the wall wouldn't be able to support the weight. Now we have it on a floor stand. I feel better about it. Its nice to have a famous relative.
